As a leading massage therapy coach, Maciek helps solopreneurs and spa owners worldwide to become more successful using his 7 steps formula (seven “R”s) and his Secret Shopping services.
He applies THE secret formula on his business Spa Mariana and all his clients. “One must try to implement the formula to understand how much a powerful SUCCESSFUL business tool it is.”
Maciek’s journey in the spa and healing world began well over 30 years ago in Poland.
For the past 20 years, Maciek studied massage therapies FROM THE BEST OF THE BEST AROUND THE WORLD. He learned from most of his teachers that he does not own all of his knowledge and skills. Therefore, he needs to share and pass it on. “I am forever a student,” he said.
For the past 10 years, he has been a mentor to many, helping massage therapists achieve greater success personally and professionally. He has also shown spa owners how to maximize massage department profits and build dream teams.
Maciek, along with help of his great coaches, has focused all his time and efforts on developing effective training and hands-on programs for individuals and spas.
His efforts have contributed to the success of many therapists and spa world teams. Maciek has worked with massage therapists, estheticians, physicians, entrepreneurs, and business owners who are looking to improve their hands-on skills, self-marketing, and build successful relationships with clients to help manage and profit with their spas and private practices.

He is a happy father of two beautiful souls — his daughter, Princess Mayka, and his son, best friend Maciek Jr. Maciek loves to travel. He has made friends in over 15 countries and most American states. As a former dancer, he enjoys Broadway, opera, shopping, great teas and food!
