Virtual Receptionist/Front Desk Officer
Virtual Receptionist/Front Desk Officer will provide customer service for inbound calls and outbound communication to customers regarding sales, orders, billing information, and other quality assurance issues. He/ She will also perform the same duties as an in-house receptionist, including answering calls, taking messages, and scheduling appointments.
