Spa Mariana CEO and founder Maciek Lyko has been trained in orthopedic massage, deep tissue bodywork, Chinese cupping, reflexology and more, including mastery of European massage techniques and Thai massage. In his book Beyond Relaxation, Lyko said that having a massage is no longer just about relaxation; instead, there are several benefits to getting regular massages, such as decreasing anxiety, helping with sleep and relieving pain.
